Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Summit Supplies, we offer a 30-day returns policy. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we may be unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as you received them, and returned in the original packaging where applicable.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes perishable items, hygiene-sensitive products, hazardous materials, and flammable substances.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Selected health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items with clear signs of use
  • Opened software or media products
  • Items returned damaged or incomplete for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.

Then contact your card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the issue still persists, please contact your bank. Processing times can vary between financial institutions.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please Contact Us with your order details.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Returning Items

To return a product, please Contact Us first to receive detailed return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
